Zipp Hotels Refund Policy

Full Refund

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. A processing fee per booking will be deducted. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, and no-shows (failure to check in on the reserved date without prior notice), are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

Early Departure

Guests who depart earlier than the original checkout date will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining unused nights. The full booking amount for the original reservation will be charged.

Special Promotions and Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under special promotional, discounted, or non-refundable rate plans are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, including early departure. These rates are clearly identified at the time of booking. By completing a booking under such a rate, the guest acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable condition.

Date Changes and Reservation Modifications

Modification of reservation dates is subject to room availability at the time of the request and may result in rate adjustments based on the prevailing rate for the new dates. Date changes are not guaranteed and will be confirmed only upon availability.

Group Bookings (5 or More Rooms)

Bookings of 5 or more rooms are classified as Group Bookings and are subject to the following default terms unless a separate Group Contract specifies otherwise:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of confirmation.
• The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before check-in: deposit forfeited, remaining balance waived.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of check-in: full booking amount is non-refundable.

Force Majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond Zipp Hotels' reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest — Zipp Hotels may, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following alternatives in lieu of a cash refund:

• Full rebooking with valid dates within 12 months from the original check-in date, at no additional cost.
• Hotel credit of equivalent value, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

If the guest does not find the offered alternative acceptable, a full refund of the booking amount (less any applicable processing fees) will be processed within 14 business days of the guest's written request.

Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the guest's financial institution. Zipp Hotels is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors beyond this period.
