Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation. By completing a booking on the Zipp Hotels website or via any other direct channel operated by Zipp Hospitality Ventures Private Limited (Registered at No. 27, 4th Main, 2nd Cross, Gangodanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560039), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made directly through Zipp Hotels' official website and payment gateway. Bookings made through third-party Online Travel Agents (OTAs) are governed by the respective OTA's terms in addition to these conditions.
Zipp Hotels reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM. Guests arriving before 1:00 PM may request early check-in, subject to room availability. Early check-in charges apply as follows:
• Arrival before 6:00 AM: full-day room charge applicable.
• Arrival between 6:00 AM and 12:00 Noon: half-day room charge applicable.
Valid government-issued photo identification with address proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in. Zipp Hotels reserves the right to refuse check-in to any guest unable to produce valid ID.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested and is subject to room availability. Late check-out charges apply as follows:
• Check-out between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM: half-day room charge applicable.
• Check-out after 4:00 PM: full-night room charge applicable.
If a guest checks out earlier than the original departure date, the property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee as specified in the Cancellation Policy applicable to the rate booked. No refund will be provided for unused nights.
Each rate booked at Zipp Hotels is subject to a specific Cancellation Policy, which will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date without prior notice (no-show) will result in a penalty charge as detailed in the applicable Cancellation Policy.
Zipp Hotels reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation where: (a) the guest has provided fraudulent payment details; (b) the guest has engaged in inappropriate or unlawful conduct; or (c) the reservation contains errors or was made in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that Zipp Hotels cancels a reservation for any reason attributable to the hotel, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Zipp Hotels shall have no further obligation to the guest beyond this refund.
For reservations where payment is not automatically confirmed by the payment gateway, guests must submit proof of payment (bank transfer confirmation or payment receipt) to stay@zipphotels.com within 48 hours of booking, quoting the reservation confirmation number. Failure to submit proof of payment within this period may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Guests are advised to retain all payment confirmations.
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards hotel staff and fellow guests. Zipp Hotels reserves the right to evict any guest engaging in disruptive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour without refund. Damage caused to hotel property by guests will be charged to the guest at the cost of repair or replacement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zipp Hotels' total liability to any guest arising out of or in connection with a reservation or stay, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the guest for the booking in question.
Zipp Hotels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury (except where caused by proven negligence), or loss of property, arising out of or related to the guest's stay or use of hotel facilities.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Zipp Hotels' liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, a booking, or a stay at any Zipp Hotels property shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, guests are encouraged to contact Zipp Hotels directly at stay@zipphotels.com to resolve any concerns amicably.
The collection and use of personal data in connection with bookings is governed by Zipp Hotels' Privacy Policy, available at www.zipphotels.com/privacy-policy. By making a reservation, guests consent to the collection and use of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Zipp Hotels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.
